Love that big bowl of spaghetti or a nice steak? You're not alone, a 12 year study conducted by Michel Lucas of Harvard has determined that a carb-rich diet can be linked to depression in women. 

Results showed that women who ate red meat and refined grains like pasta, bread and chips were at a 29 to 41% increased risk of being diagnosed with depression. The results also showed the effect that carbs had on inflimmation.
